Looking forward to a full on week of coaching and  Mountain bike rider support in and around the South East of England.

Starting with Friday morning its the early 6.30am Wattbike class at IN2 Training at Farnham, great way to set up for Fitness Friday

Moving onto Saturday its a full on 3 hour coaching session with British Cycling South East Youth MTB squad, 4 male and 4 female riders aged from 12 to 16.  This Saturday session is all about the core skills required to be a mountain bike rider including Manual, Rear Wheel Lift, Bunnyhop and others

Sunday Morning is race day and part of the Southern XC series down in Winchester, some of the riders from the session above will be racing in this event and this is my chance to make sure the skills they are been taught are carried through into race days.  This includes what its in the kit bag, nutrition, warm up, pre riding the course, racing and then cooling down post race.  Also make them evaluate their race and feedback to myself.

Monday is Admin day and will require looking at Rider Profiles and planning the next week training for riders.

Tuesday is back at IN2 Fitness Training for another 45 minute early morning Wattbike session, this session is normally an interval session.  Tuesday night for me is a Crossfit night where I get to work on Strength and Conditioning for myself, again this is at IN2 Fitness Training in Farnham
