    No matter what your goals are, 1-on-1 personal training is for you. Tailor-made to help you get the most of your fitness programme, 1-on-1 training is perfect for individuals who want dedicated and focused workouts to ensure they achieve their targets and transform their lives. Whether you’re looking to increase muscle tone, burn body fat, increase endurance, or just improve your quality of life, opting for a personal trainer will put you on the right track.

    1-on-1 training is also ideal for people with busy lifestyles who struggle to find the time to hit the gym. Your personal trainer will work with you to plan a schedule around your commitments, keeping you motivated and excited for your next session. Building a relationship with your trainer will also keep you accountable. There’s always going to be the temptation to put your training off till tomorrow, but knowing you’re in a fitness partnership with someone is great way to stay on track and not fall off course.

    Set up to test even the most in-shape individual, elite athlete training uses methods taught at the highest level and applies them to you. Olympians, iron men, professional sports people: no matter what challenge you want, we have a program that will suit your needs. At every juncture you will be tasked with pushing yourself harder than you ever thought possible, all resulting in a level of fitness higher than you’ve ever had.

    While all workouts will be built around an athletic base, this form of training will also focus on teaching your body how to be more efficient. This may be in the form of taking in and transporting oxygen, sweating in an optimum way, or intense physiological training that keeps your mind as strong as your body.

If you are a new rider and need skills and advice we can start there, if you are looking to get into something more serious Jon can look at your whole training plan and deliver a structured calendar to ensure you are ready.

Jon has been riding for over 20 years and spent the last 5 years as a coach working with local clubs and now is Team Manager for British Cycling South East Youth MTB team.

He was awarded British Cycling Coach of the Year 2015 for the South East Region.

As well as been a Level 3 MTB coach he is also a Personal Trainer so can prescribe training both on and off the bike.
